Payment methods
Payment is accepted in cash or with all major credit
and debit cards.
Returns & Exchanges
By presenting a valid receipt, customers can
exchange or return an item purchased in any
Encuentro store, within one month from the date
of purchase. We do not accept exchanges or refunds
of used items.
The refund amount will be returned through the
same payment method used to make the original
purchase.
This warranty is in addition to and without prejudice of the legal guarantees and other rights
recognized for the customer by the legislation in
force in Spain.
